Sock Hop with DMC Chamber Singers

A Sock Hop will be Presented by the Del Mar College Chamber Singers on Friday, February 24 in the DMC Gym

6:30 – 9:00 pm no admission charge

Led by Dennis S. Richardson, director of choral activities at Del Mar College, the DMC Chamber Singers present their third sock hop along with “Jiffy,” a newly formed band from Corpus Christi, and guest singers from Rockport Fulton High School led by Judy Moore. Join the fun with dancing and listening to music from the 50s, 60s & 70s. Participants are encouraged to dress for occasion in costume and come learn dance steps to the Twist, Jitterbug, Watusi, Limbo and more.

The event also features prizes and refreshments.
