Several thefts reported on campus

Teen arrested after being chased by Del Mar Students  By Alexandria Rodriguez / Reporter Since the start of the spring semester there have been four thefts on campus. According to the Del Mar College Crime Blotter, there have been three cases of theft from the Kinesiology Building and an auto burglary, one of them leading to an arrest. A suspicious teen was seen outside a dance class in the Kinesiology Building and fled when he was questioned by faculty. Del Mar plans KEDT studio and FEMA dome By Joshua Johnson-White / Reporter Adding to the recent buzz of the East Campus renovation of the Fine Arts music building, Del Mar College has several upcoming projects in the works. Charles Miller, superintendent of Buildings and Grounds, recently discussed two new facilities. At the West Campus, Del Mar is constructing a FEMA dome, while its Center for Economic Development is laying out a KEDT studio sometime in the near future. Film feels rushed but does have some good action scenes By Jonathan Garcia / Reporter “Jack Ryan: Shadow Recruit” is a reboot of the famous Jack Ryan series created by Tom Clancy. The film is directed by Kenneth Branagh, who also stars in the movie alongside Chris Pine, Kevin Costner and Keira Knightley.
