Welcome to the Foghorn volunteer blog – Hey Buddy, can you spare some time?

Greetings!  Having been a volunteer at various organizations practically my entire life, it feels only natural to start a blog about it.  This week, the spotlight is on the Gulf Coast Humane Society.  They are the local no-kill animal shelter, but without help, they cannot stay a no-kill shelter.  The animals they save are not responsible for their circumstances, but certainly have to pay the price of those circumstances.  Can they count on you to help?

I’ll be covering many aspects of yoga including poses, the history of yoga, the health benefits, the philosophy behind it and more.

From there, he kept adding attractions to build the attraction up to what it is today. Probably the biggest draw is the indoor ice-skating rink. It is not real ice, but a synthetic polymer similar…
