SGA to hold virtual meeting

Group adds gift card giveaway for students The Student Government Association will have its first virtual meeting of the semester at 2:30 p.m. Sept. 16. Students will receive an invite link to the meeting via their Del Mar email addresses. All meetings, which will be held on Microsoft Teams, will be recorded and posted on the group’s Facebook page at ‘”Dmc Sga” for those who can’t watch live. Student Activity Fee funds masks, hand sanitizer

Other changes include new virtual offerings from intramural sports Students will continue to pay a $15 Student Activity Fee this semester despite most classes being online. The fee covers several student services, including providing funds to all clubs and organizations hosting events and activities during the fall 2020 semester. On-campus resources become online resources

Student support services still available despite shift to virtual learning With most classes remaining online this fall, many on-campus resources students use have also moved online. The Student Success Center (SSC), which is responsible for tutoring and helping students check out laptops and calculators through the Technology Resource Center, is closed until further notice.
