Recreation center expands hours for fall
Pool closed as department seeks student lifeguard; position pays $13.50/hour Students looking to use the recreation and fitness facilities on Heritage Campus will have more options this year as the facilities remain open into the evening. “This is the first semester within the past few years that the recreation and fitness facilities have been fully open,” said Kristy Urbick, intramurals director. “It will be open later on Tuesdays and Thursdays until 6:30 p.m., which has students pretty excited about the change.” The Heritage Campus features an eighth-mile track, gymnasium, racquetball courts, tennis courts and an indoor pool.
