Arlynn Surface (left) and Vanessa Martinez, both from Diamond Point Catering, serve crawfish, shrimp, potatoes, corn and more at Bernie’s Famous Crawfish Boil. More than 250 pounds of crawfish was served with fixings and, if anyone could handle it, spices and hot sauce to heat it up.
