Hiding over thousands of candy filled Easter eggs the Del Mar student Nurses Association will be hosting its Annual Easter Egg Hunt on Saturday March 31, 2012 from 10-11am. The event will take place at Del Mar College West campus, in the grassy common area between Emerging Technology and Health Sciences Buildings. Bring your children and their Easter baskets for fun, food, and entertainment.
The event will begin with a guest speaker who will lead the children in some physical activity and teach the importance of a healthy lifestyle along with the importance of staying active. The Easter egg hunt will follow beginning at 10:20. This is a free event, and is open to the public. Refreshment that will be available to purchase will be soda, nachos, hotdogs, and popcorn. Proceeds will go towards their annual Ronald McDonald House holiday meal. It will also be used to assist with sending student delegates to Nursing Association state and national conventions.
