There are restless hearts and trouble waiting to be realized down in Ebbing, Missouri. “Three Billboards Outside Ebbing Missouri” is a good ol’ Southern story about Mildred Hayes, played by Frances McDormand, a divorced mother who challenges the police to find her daughter’s killer months after the investigation has gone wrong.
