Kids will be trick-or-treating and parents will worry about their safety, along with making sure their kids don’t go on a sugar rush. For a family friendly and safe option, Del Mar College will host its annual Fall Carnival on from 5:30-10 p.m. Oct. 28 in the Harvin Center at the East Campus.
