Graduation applications for fall 2019 are due Oct. 2.
Students applying must first speak to their adviser to ensure they meet all minimum requirements to graduate, according to Alex Anguiano, an administrative assistant in the registrar’s office. Students must submit both a degree evaluation and an application to the registrar’s office to be approved for graduation.
John Rodriguez, a liberal arts major, has already been through the application process.
“The application process has been fairly easy for me,” Rodriguez said. “My adviser gave me the OK, and I turned my application in. Now I am just waiting for a response.”
Students who plan to participate in the graduation ceremony for the fall 2019 semester must check the correct box on the application to RSVP. The ceremony will be at 7 p.m. Dec. 13 at the American Bank Center.
Applications and more information can be found at www.delmar.edu/current-students/graduation-information.html, or directly from the registrar’s office. Call the office at 361-698-1248 for any additional questions.
