The Coastal Bend Food Bank will host a community-wide holiday food distribution on Tuesday, Dec. 9 from 8-11 a.m. at the Richard M. Borchard Fairgrounds in Robstown.
This year’s holiday distribution is supported by a generous $150,000 gift from Thomas J. Henry through his Feast of Texas initiative. The donations will provide thousands of meals to families across the Coastal Bend throughout the holiday season and beyond, ensuring families, seniors, and children have access to nutritious food.
The holiday distribution is open to the public, and each family will receive one holiday food box, a basket of assorted fresh produce, and a frozen chicken.
