If you want to see a good horror thriller this weekend then “The Woman In Black” should be at the top of your list. The movie has been adapted from the 1983 novel written by Susan Hill. The movie is about a young lawyer, played by Harry Potter’s Daniel Radcliffe, who travels to a remote village where he discovers the vengeful ghost of a scorned woman who is terrozing the locals.
As a fan of Daniel Radcliffe I will be waiting in line this weekend to see what he has to offer to his audience without the magic of his wand. I have no worries that this will be nothing but an excellent film. There has been a skilled crew to help adapt the novel into a movie including director James Watkins from Eden Lake and screenplay writer of X-Men : First Class Jane Goldman.
I’m always looking to find a good horror film and lately the people of Hollywood have left me hanging high and dry. CBS films has re lit a flame of hope in the movie industry with positive feedback from critics and excitement-and-anticipation among fans. This haunting film is rated PG-13 and releases in theaters Friday, February 3, 2012, so be sure to purchase your tickets from your local theater soon. Follow me on Twitter.
