The Del Mar College Foundation has awarded more than $ 1,4 million to 219 students in the 2015-16 academic year.
The Del Mar College Foundation will open up its online scholarship application on Jan. 15, 2016.
Scholarships will be awarded for the 2016-17 academic year. Students are encouraged to apply despite qualification status for financial aid.
For the 2015-16 academic year, more than $1.4 million was awarded to 219 students.
“Every year we get new scholarships. Students should log in to the website to see,” said Elsie Odom, scholarship coordinator.
