Colby Farr/FoghornDel Mar College’s Counseling Center threw a Spring Break Bash on March 7 in the Harvin Center, complete with hot dogs, virgin margaritas and a live DJ.
Johanna Torres, a counselor at Del Mar, said the point of the Spring Bash was to raise awareness about the dangers of drinking and driving. The DJ, who goes by the name of South Texas Mafia, kept the party alive with great tunes and great mixing.
Students seemed to enjoy the party while the counselors seemed to enjoy hosting it for them.
