As Del Mar’s 3v3 basketball tournament continued last month, all teams struggled to have their entire team available to participate. Rather than not allow members who did show up the chance to play, Intramural Sports Director Carla Gamez-Vela instructed students to pick teams and play in games of full-court four on four instead of the half-court three on three from the first round of play. Since 2004, WWE events have continued to draw large crowds of loyal fans. On Tuesday, July 29, the American Bank Center chose the 100,000th to walk through the doors to win a special prize package. Mental ability took priority over physical as students played Capture the Flag for Intramurals. “I know everyone says games are like chess and stuff, but this game is definitely like chess.
