Well so far yoga has been a lot more of a challenge I anticipated. I had assumed since I’m a runner I’d be able to keep up with the class. Guess again… I can tell I’m in a for a real workout this fall. On the first day of class we took body measurements to compare with measurements we’ll take at the end to see the benefits of yoga. I thought I’d share mine.
Biceps: Right, 11 inches. Left, 11 inches.
Chest: 37 1/2 inches
Waist: 34 inches
Abdomen: 37 inches
Hips: 38 inches
Thighs: Right, 20 inches. Left, 21 inches
Calves: Right, 14 inches. Left. 14inches
Ankles: Right, 8 1/2 inches, Left 8 1/2 inches
Wrist: Right, 6 inches, Left 6 inches
Waist to hip ratio: . 894736842
