While watching ESPN or listening to ESPN radio I can’t seem to avoid hearing about Patriots legend Tedy Bruschi and Newly Acquired Patriot Chad Johnson. After Johnson tweeted he was in “awe” of Tom Bradys 512 passing yard performance, Bruschi slammed Johnson by saying he needs to stop being a fan and be a part of the game. Personally Bruschi took this too far and should be ashamed of himself for slamming Johnson. I sense jealousy coming from the former linebacker, as if he still wishes he was part of this amazing team. I feel a Tedy Bruschi apology coming real soon. Now a ESPN analyst I wont be surprised if Bruschi backs up his words as well.

Dr. Emily Shearer Stewart, Library Committee Chair, and Outreach and Programming Librarian Kathy Westergren have collaborated to present students with a thematic banned books display. The Banned Books installation began late last year with the January theme being books widely considered to be literary classics. The Moody High School student, who plans to enroll in dual credit classes next semester, was just one of many high schoolers at Dual Credit Community Night getting a preview of the program. East bests West in Viking Bowl
East Campus came out victorious at this year’s Viking Bowl, a flag football game between the staff at Del Mar College’s East and West campuses. You haven’t lived until you’ve seen your “well-respected” professors get in each other’s face over rule changes during a flag football game, and that happened often at the Nov. 20 game, played on West Campus.
