The smiles outnumbered the scares at Del Mar College’s annual Fall Carnival.
The family-friendly event, which serves as a fundraiser for student clubs, brought in several others students and members of the community for a night of fun and games on Oct. 25.
Like the previous year, activities were limited to inside the Harvin Center, with clubs setting up booths on both the first and second floors.
The carnival also included a costume contest. Winners of the contest, which was split into three age groups, received $50.
