Students discuss, celebrate Constitution Day on campus
Tera Elwell / Web editor Sept. 17 was National Constitution Day and the Del Mar College Student Government Association celebrated by hosting “Free Speech and Civility” in the Harvin Center, complete with free pizza, soda and a welcoming environment for students, faculty and staff to voice their opinions on chosen subjects. In honor of Constitution Day, all educational institutions receiving federal funding are required to hold an educational program pertaining to the U.S. Constituion.
