The Art Museum of South Texas is hosting a night of rock ’n’ roll entertainment for adults only. Costumes, live music and 1960s-themed appetizers are all part of this year’s Night at the Museum event.

Will Vogt’s exhibit of rock ’n’ roll photos of Bob Dylan, Elvis, the Beatles and others will be open for viewing. There will be live music provided by The Blind Owls, a costume contest (judged by local celebrity judges), tarot car readings, photo booth and stand-up comedy.

The student organization that brings the most people will win a painting party at the museum. There will be door prizes from House of Rock, Threads, Concrete Street Amphitheater and more.

The event takes place from 7-10 pm Oct. 24 at 1902 N. Shoreline Blvd. There is no charge for Del Mar College, A&M-Corpus Christi, A&M-Kingsville and Coastal Bend Community College students with ID, and $5 for everyone else. The event is 18-plus only.
