Early college programs

Del Mar College provides eligible high school students the opportunity to earn college-level credits while concurrently working toward a high school diploma. Students have access to the college’s facilities and services, including campus libraries, computer labs, academic and career planning services and more.

Collegiate High School, which resides on the College’s East Campus, and Harold T. Branch Academy, which is located adjacent to West Campus, are collaborative partners between Corpus Christi Independent School District and Del Mar to provide high school- and college-level studies.

Students have the opportunity to complete an associate degree or two years of transferable college-level credits toward a bachelor’s degree within four years at Collegiate High School or may choose to work toward completing an industry/college certification offered at Branch Academy.

These programs are offered at no cost to the students and provide students the opportunity to advance toward a college, career pathway of interest. For more information on early college and high school programs, visit www.delmar.edu/Early_ College.aspx.
