Well so far yoga has been a lot more of a challenge I anticipated. I had assumed since I’m a runner I’d be able to keep up with the class. Guess again… I can tell I’m in a for a real workout this fall.  On the first day of class we took body measurements to compare with measurements we’ll take at the end to see the benefits of yoga.
